What's the go with Shipping for BM Animals?

Our shipping varies depending on the goods you purchase.

Dry:

For dry products (i.e. our treats and healthy extras) we charge a flat $15- fee for purchases under $150. Purchases over $150 qualify for free shipping, and will be shipped with Australia Post.

Our Dry Goods can be shipped anywhere in Australia.

You are also welcome to pick your dry order up from our factory warehouse here in Bayswater; simply choose the 'Pick Up' option in the Check Out.

Fresh Products:

Our Fresh Products are different.

 

We require all our fresh/frozen orders to be placed via text (0488 144 675) or email (ordersbmpets@gmail.com). Please include your order, the day you wish to pick up, and your name, to place your order. We appreciate orders being placed at least 24 hours in advance, or by Thursday 5pm for weekend pick ups.

If you need some fresh goods delivered, please get in touch with us ahead of time, and we will advise you when we are delivering out your way next. Deliveries are currently restricted to Melbourne and surrounds, but we deliver to certain country towns once a month (Bendigo and Gippsland). Our deliveries are included in our Free Shipping Deal, but remember you will need to contact us. Any of our deliveries incur a $15 deposit per cooler box we pack your order into, but this is fully refundable on its return in good condition. For this reason, a lot of our regulars will leave an esky out for us to pack your order into, allowing us to bring the box back to our factory.
