Rabbit mince is a spectacular source of protein for your dogs. Whilst boasting a high protein and low fat content in the meat, Rabbit is also one of the most sustainable options for feeding our pets; they breed like, well, rabbits! This is a meat high in Vitamin B12, plus has a low cholesterol content. Dogs naturally eat small prey such as rabbits in the wild, so cater to their instincts with some rabbit in their diet!
If your dog has never had rabbit meat before, we recommend gradually introducing it to them. Farmed animals have a higher fat content than their wild ancestors from years of domestication, so your pet may not be used to the low fat and high protein content in Rabbit. Simply give them a small amount to start with, and gradually increase.
